Ana Celia de Armas Caso (born 30 April 1988) is a Cuban actress. She currently lives in Los Angeles.
De Armas was born and raised in Havana, Cuba. Her grandfather was from Spain. She decided at age 12 to become an actress, and attended the National Theater School of Cuba.
Her first film was Una rosa de Francia, starring with Alex Gonzalez, at the age of 16. At the age of 18, she moved to Spain. Her first major television success there was the Spanish TV series El Internado, in which she starred as Carolina Leal, airing on Antena 3 in 2007. She later continued her career in the film Mentiras y gordas (2009), the TV series Hispania, la leyenda (2010–2012), and Blind Alley (2011).
In 2014, de Armas moved to Los Angeles. She appeared in the film Por un puñado de besos. In 2015, she starred in Eli Roth’s Knock Knock, alongside Keanu Reeves.
In 2016, she co-starred in the films Exposed, also with Reeves, Hands of Stone, along with Robert De Niro and Usher, among others, and War Dogs, directed by Todd Phillips (The Hangover trilogy and Due Date), and starring Miles Teller and Jonah Hill. Her upcoming releases include Overdrive, a French action-thriller film, and the Untitled Blade Runner sequel.
De Armas was married to Spanish actor Marc Clotet from 2011 to 2013.
Lorenza Francesca Izzo Parsons (born September 19, 1989) is a Chilean actress and model best known for her role as Kylie in the horror film Aftershock, Justine in another horror film, The Green Inferno, and Genesis in the erotic horror thriller Knock, Knock, the latter two directed by her husband Eli Roth.
Izzo was born in Santiago, Chile. She has a sister, Clara, and her mother is the model Rosita Parsons. She is also the niece of model and actress Carolina Parsons. In 2014, she married actor and director Eli Roth. Their wedding took place on Chile’s Zapallar beach in the Valparaíso Region.
In 2007 Izzo was modeling and studying journalism at the University of Los Andes (Universidad de los Andes) when she moved to New York to study acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute.
In 2010, she made her debut as an actress in Instrucciones para mi funeral, an independent film made by Sebastián Radic as a graduation project.
Her modeling career reached its peak in 2011 when Izzo and her mother, Rosita Parsons, were invited to São Paulo Fashion Week where they met Gisele Bundchen. The meeting resulted in Lorenza becoming the new face of Colcci, a Brazilian fashion company.
The same year, Izzo appeared in es:Que pena tu boda (Sorry About Your Wedding) a comedy by Chilean director Nicolás López.
In 2012, with one commercial feature movie to her name and three more then-about to be released Que pena tu familia, Aftershock, and The Green Inferno, Lorenza moved to Los Angeles, when she soon secured small roles in Hemlock Grove and I Am Victor.
In 2015, she starred alongside Keanu Reeves and Ana de Armas in Knock Knock, a horror film directed by her husband Eli Roth and filmed in Santiago’s Chicureo neighbourhood.
